full spectrum doula
Certified through BADT’S, (Birthing Advocacy Doula Training Services), these trainings are socially conscious, culturally appropriate, diverse and action oriented. They train Full Spectrum Doula’s to serve their clients using the best practices available and as well as including a deep understanding of disparities, inequalities, policies, rights and the necessary steps to be a partner in the movement to change the current birth environment locally, nationally and globally.
Meg received direct influence from the books, “The Fourth Trimester,” and “The First Forty Days.” And through her own experience of birthing her baby, and the proper postpartum care that Meg was able to receive, she realized the importance of proper care and nutrition which are necessary to create ultimate health, vitality, and healing for mama and baby. It’s during this critical time that Meg wants to extend her services of postpartum care in services such as: cooking, body work, reiki, belly binding, vaginal steaming, emotional support, raindrop technique, and the use of essential oils.
