Our retreats are custom tailored for each group to offer an unforgettable experience, where you will have the opportunity to overcome individual challenges and bond as a cohesive group. As they may seem worlds apart, we have discovered that rock climbing and yoga share many similar mental and physical hurdles. In many instances, it is not until you control and calm your mind that you are able to climb higher on the rock or move deeper into a pose. We have developed a combination of yoga and climbing techniques, which will allow you to overcome these direct challenges and apply them to your daily routines. The nature of our activities on the retreats, promote the importance of a trusting partnership. You will be safely guided through your own interpersonal hurdles, furthering your development on your own individual path in both rock climbing and yoga!
Our guides and instructors will use their decades of experience and knowledge, to insure your safety while promoting and joining in your growth, knowledge and pure fun!
