Whole Life-Whole Being Program | Group or One-on-One
Whole Life - Whole Being is a 7-day lifestyle program that includes clean eating, mediation, breathing, journaling, movement, sustainable responsibility, community, and a chance to try new things. If you're ready to start feeling bright and refreshed, and more aligned in your heart and mind while connecting with a like-minded community, then this program is for you!
Personal Development Coaching | Group or One-on-One
Using her yoga therapy skills on a psychological and physical level, Meg supports you in one-on-one or small group sessions to help visualize your roadblocks (physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual), achieve your highest potential, and give you tools to build valuable life skills. Catered to your individual needs, sessions utilize such techniques as: essential oils, raindrop technique, emotional release technique, meditation, reiki, yinki, postural alignment, and other methods to support your personal evolution.
Raindrop Technique® Training
The Raindrop Technique® Collection provides a revolutionary means of bringing balance and harmony to the body – physically, mentally, and emotionally. In this 2-day hands-on training, you will discover the healing properties of 9 essential oils and learn how to safely and confidently use the most powerful oils to promote health and healing. Training includes: the history of oils and their properties, and specific instructions for performing the Vita Flex technique and the Raindrop Technique® professionally and at home.
Oils & Asanas
A restorative and relaxing class combines essential oils and reiki energy healing. In this 90 minute workshop, you will learn the power of essential oils and their potential for replacing the medicine cabinet.
A partner workshop involving partner stretching, group activities, intro to Thai massage, intro to Acro Yoga, and the use of essential oils for partners.
How to be a Balanced Yogi in the Western World
This workshop explores the 8 components of living a more balanced yogic life. Workshop includes: power-point presentation, interactive group work, and movement and yoga throughout. This program works great as a Teaching Training segment or as a stand-alone workshop for new teachers and aspiring yogis. Class duration can range from 75 minutes to 3 hours depending on your needs.

This class gives you the awareness and understanding of the proper use of essential oils as plant focused healing for your body, emotional support, and overall well-being for you, your family, friends, animals, community, and natural home remedies. Feel free to host or request a class near by you! Our team is all about education and empowering others to use natural ways for healthy living!
